Clips and the editor
AI edit
AI edit works in two places. On Home, the AI Editor checkbox styles every clip a run produces. In the editor, the AI tile takes a sentence and applies the right mix of caption preset, position, colour grade, framing, music mood and SFX to one clip.

Turn on the AI Editor for a run
On Home, tick AI Editor above the upload tabs. It is on by default on Pro and above (the card says Recommended) and locked with a Pro+ badge on Free. Off, clips arrive without captions, music, colour grade or SFX — a blank canvas.

Watch for the badge
On the project page a clip shows "AI queued" until the styling has been applied. Open in editor once the badge clears to see what was chosen.

Describe a change in the editor
Click the AI tile. The Template dropdown at the top applies a whole preset (Punchy Hook, MrBeast Hype, Clean Explainer…) in one go. Or write what you want in the box — "Make this punchier — bold captions, vivid colors, whoosh at the start" — and press Apply changes. The panel lists what was applied and the editor refreshes.

Start from an example
Under Try, click an example such as "Move captions to the top — the source already has subtitles at the bottom" or "Trim the boring intro: start at 3 seconds" to load it into the box, then edit it.

Good to know
- A Template, Look or AI Look chosen on Home overrides the AI Editor for that run — set Template back to Auto to let the AI choose.
- Every AI edit is an ordinary edit afterwards: open Captions, Effects or Music to fine-tune it.
