Billing, plans and credits
Plan & Billing is where the money lives: the plan you are on, its monthly upload minutes and clip limits, the Stripe portal for cards and cancellations, the credits that pay for Haze Agent videos, and the team seats that come with Pro, Studio and Agent.

Open Plan & Billing
Click Plan & Billing in the sidebar. The top card names your plan and its upload minutes per month, with Status and the Renews (or Cancels on) date underneath.

Upgrade or manage
On Free, Upgrade to Pro and Upgrade to Studio open Stripe checkout. Once you subscribe, Manage subscription opens the Stripe portal to change the card, switch plan or cancel. A cancelled plan runs to the renewal date, then reverts to Free.

Buy credits
The AI-video credits card shows your balance, where it came from and what it was spent on. One credit is one second of generated video; an explainer is 1 credit per 5 seconds. Buy a pack of 100 ($25), 300 ($69) or 1,000 ($199); packs are valid for 12 months and are used after your plan credits.

Compare the plans
"Choose a plan" lists them and marks yours as Current plan: Free (30 upload minutes, 3 clips per video, watermarked exports, 1 publish platform), Pro ($9, 300 minutes, 12 clips, 1 brand kit, 3 team seats), Studio ($19, unlimited minutes, 30 clips, batch uploads, unlimited brand kits, 10 team seats), Agent ($39, Studio plus 150 AI-video credits a month, 10 team seats) and Business on request. Free exports carry a small “Made with Haze Clips” watermark; every paid plan removes it.

When are credits refunded?
Every AI video is paid for when you press Generate, and settled when the job ends. A job that fails is refunded in full, whatever the cause. In Script, Audio and Song to video, any scene that is not made is refunded.
An AI clone or an explainer is billed on the finished video's real length, never more than the quote: if it ran shorter, the difference goes back to your balance, and the job card says so — for example "Charged 24 credits · 9 refunded (video ran 24 s, quoted 33 s)". Image to video is a fixed 5 or 10 credits.
Good to know
- Free never generates AI video — buying a pack needs a paid plan.
- Restyling an AI clone photo uses AI images from your plan's allowance, not credits.
- Team seats count you. Invite teammates from Team in the sidebar: they work on your plan and use your credits, so they don't need a subscription of their own.
- Free Perks in the sidebar shows the attribution rewards you can earn.
